This lavish penthouse apartment in Mayfair spans 1,200m² over three storeys, boasting five en-suite bedrooms, a formal reception room, a bar and lounge area, state-of-the-art media room and staff quarters. Working alongside the base build contractor who was completing the apartments below the penthouse, Walter Lilly installed high quality finishes to all three floors.

The design of the penthouse rooms feature curved walls and windows, which necessitated a high level of craftsmanship in the installation to ensure that no imperfections marred the finishes and smooth surfaces.

The upper and middle storeys of the penthouse are connected by a unique feature stair, with expertly installed computer-cut Glass Reinforced Plaster cladding to achieve a smooth and seamless curve. Illuminated from above by a large rooflight, the stair is handsomely appointed with solid oak timber treads and a turned oak handrail to the glass balustrade.

The penthouse also features an extensive AV system. A Crestron system with a Sonos sound system includes forty five speakers plastered in invisibly throughout the penthouse walls and ceilings.
