Pride Month 2025
This Pride Month, we stood in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community, just as we do throughout the year.
Throughout June, our EDI Employee Resource Group drove an internal awareness campaign to celebrate the rich diversity of the LGBTQ+ community, whilst shining a light on the challenges it still faces.
This Monday, their efforts came together in a Pride-themed Afternoon Tea held across our Head Office and project sites. Featuring coffee, cake, and educational resources, it was a fantastic way to connect, raise awareness, and celebrate.
A heartfelt thank you to all our staff and supply chain partners who took part. Your attendance reinforces Walter Lilly’s ongoing commitment to creating safe, welcoming workspaces where our LGBTQ+ colleagues and friends can thrive not just in June, but all year round.
