Personal Facilities Manager

A dedicated Personal Facilities Manager always on call to assist with all building needs.

Bespoke Maintenance Proposal

Following an initial maintenance requirement meeting with our clients, a comprehensive assessment of the property will be carried out, including a review of any existing maintenance records. An asset register will be compiled to provide a tailored Maintenance Proposal, to keep the property in prime condition.

Electronic
logbook

As part of the service an electronic logbook will be provided as a single repository for the property’s asset information, maintenance records, certificates and reports.

24-hour Emergency Cover

Sometimes the unexpected happens. For this reason, Walter Lilly includes a 24-hour, 365 days a year support package as part of the Facilities Management service, for any emergency that may arise.

Vacant Property Management

Walter Lilly can carry out regular inspections to comply with property insurance policies, as well as our maintenance checks keeping the client’s home in prime condition.
