Ebury Street, Belgravia

Belgravia, London

Walter Lilly managed this stunning project on Ebury Street in the heart of Belgravia. The works involved the conversion of two existing five-storey office buildings into prime residential space. Three apartments were created extending laterally over the top three floors and two maisonettes extended vertically over the basement and ground floors.

Each of the high-end homes contained two bedrooms with en-suite facilities, high specification kitchens with granite worktops and integrated appliances, timber flooring in the living rooms and luxurious carpet in the bedrooms.

Walter Lilly also managed the hi-tech audio-visual installations for each property.

The building achieved a ‘Very Good’ rating in the BREEAM EcoHomes Environmental Assessment.
