Our Facilities Management Division provides two unique service offerings across our three sectors of high-quality residential, landmark and heritage and science and higher education:

FM Contracts – planned, proactive and preventative building maintenance.
FM Projects – construction services of bespoke projects.

FM Contracts

Walter Lilly’s FM Contracts service provides our clients with planned, proactive and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth running of homes and buildings.

Planned, proactive and preventative maintenance helps to reduce annual and total cost of property ownership for our clients and provide value for money for any works that need undertaking. All visits are planned around the lifestyle and business needs of our clients.

Walter Lilly’s FM Contract service provides peace of mind that a building is being cared for, properly managed and maintained to the highest standards by a trust and competent company.

Personal Facilities Manager

A dedicated Personal Facilities Manager always on call to assist with all building needs.

Bespoke Maintenance Proposal

Following an initial maintenance requirement meeting with our clients, a comprehensive assessment of the property will be carried out, including a review of any existing maintenance records. An asset register will be compiled to provide a tailored Maintenance Proposal, to keep the property in prime condition.

Electronic
logbook

As part of the service an electronic logbook will be provided as a single repository for the property’s asset information, maintenance records, certificates and reports.

FM Projects

Walter Lilly’s FM Projects department deliver bespoke building projects including modest structural alterations and extensions, internal and external redecorating, façade repairs and M&E upgrade.

We pride ourselves on being unrivalled in providing our clients a dedicated team who understand the quality and expectations of the Walter Lilly brand.

Utilising our trusted supply chain and technical in-house expertise of engineering, design management and temporary services, we provide a personalised service.
