Duncan Beach

Duncan entered the construction industry as a Trainee Surveyor in 1986, progressing to the role of Commercial Manager before joining Walter Lilly in 2004, where he has since delivered a wide range of high-value projects in the residential and science sectors.
Duncan is involved in many forms of procurement, including both single and two-stage tenders, and has extensive experience across the contracting spectrum – from traditional through to design and build. In 2014, he joined the Walter Lilly board as Commercial Director. In 2019, Duncan stepped down from the Board, retaining his Commercial Director title.
