Works commence at Phillimore Gardens

Works are well underway on site at Phillimore Gardens, a detached property within the exclusive Holland Park Conservation Area, apart of the Phillimore Estate. It is one of the 205 dwellings built in the 1850’s by Charles Phillimore and Joseph Gordon Davis and remains in the control of the Phillimore Trust to this day.

The existing property adjoins Holland Park with canopy views to the North and West, with neighbouring properties to the south and a large garden that extends to the north perimeter. The Client and Architect, Studio Indigo, plan to take advantage of this space by forming a 500m2, single storey basement, that will house a 22m long swimming pool, sauna, and salon.

Walter Lilly are currently, carrying out the major structural alterations to the existing building, the construction of a new single storey basement with Planning approval for a new garage and gym pavilion building. The next phase of works will include the renovation and refurbishment of this prime residential property to a luxurious standard with remarkable features, including the installation of a striking staircase that will wrap itself around a bespoke bronze embellished lift.

We look forward to working alongside:
