Working on a confined site, in an occupied building and surrounded by barristers chambers, created many challenges for Walter Lilly but their site and management teams carried out an extraordinary job under very difficult circumstances to deliver a project that has fulfilled all of our expectations. A number of structural and services related issues came to light during the course of the work, but these were resolved quickly and efficiently by Walter Lilly, reducing delays to a minimum.
