Lower Belgrave Street
This project comprises the complete refurbishment and extension of an existing Grade II Listed five storey dwelling into one high quality residence. The project required significant structural works to provide a new extension to the rear of the property and to open up the basement and ground floors into open plan rooms.
Internally, the building was completed to the highest of standards. Each bedroom is complete with it own bespoke joinery wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
External works included a new boundary wall to the rear courtyard with the garden being reduced in level to match the new basement extension. Fountains and York stone pavings were installed to reflect the quality being achieved in the main building.
