Laboratory Fit Out, Burlington Danes Building
The building was a collaboration between GlaxoSmithKline, Imperial College and the Medical Research Council, to provide a centre of excellence for clinical imaging and carried out as a rationalisation and consolidation of the campus laboratories.
Secured as part of our Framework Agreement and procured on a single-stage design and build basis, the project involved the shell and core fitting out of part of the third, fourth and fifth floors of the East Wing laboratories to provide a mix of laboratories, cold rooms, write up space and offices.
Facilities incorporated radiation rooms which were decorated in anti-radiation paint.
