This two-stage project related to the conversion of an unbroken crescent-shaped terrace of eight Grade II* listed buildings into 15 lateral living apartments across a total gross floor area of approximately 7,000m2. Originally constructed in the early 19th century and inter-connecting on various levels each building comprises basement, ground and five upper levels, with stucco fronts, slate mansard roofs and projecting Doric porches. The Portland stone façade has been cleaned and restored.
Senior industry figures who visited the finished project as guests of Grosvenor noted that they had never seen a project delivered to such a consistently high standard throughout.
