This project encompassed the refurbishment and conversion of two existing four storey buildings from office space to three two bedroom apartments, extended laterally over the top three floors and two two-bedroom maisonettes vertically over the basement and ground floors.
Each of the apartments contained two bedrooms with en-suite facilities. High specification kitchens have been provided with granite worktops and integrated appliances. Timber flooring is provided in the living rooms with carpet in the bedrooms. Full services are provided with central hub distributing satellite TV and structured wiring systems.
The building received a ‘Very Good’ Eco-Homes Rating.
