A two-phase intensive refurbishment to a Grade II Listed building for a private client that involved the removal and rebuilding of the existing fourth floor of the property.
The first phase of the project included structural alterations to the house and mews building. A new basement was constructed beneath the mews, involving a contiguous piled wall to the mews boundary and four metre deep underpins. The second phase involved internal fine quality joinery and decorations.
