This scheme involved the extension and high quality refurbishment of a Grade I listed residence and linked Grade II listed mews house. Works included the demolition and re-building of the mews house whilst retaining the perimeter façades, and the creation of an orangery and garden terrace between the main and mews houses.
The basement was extended and deepened to accommodate a swimming pool complex.
Detailed sequencing of the early demolition, piling and temporary works installations enabled optimum construction periods to the basement works.
