Rhys Sumpton was the joint winner of the Trainee of the Year Award 2010.  Despite being promoted to Surveyor during September, he was still considered for this Award, which was made in recognition of his outstanding improvement during the year.

Rhys excelled at one of Walter Lilly's projects for GlaxoSmithKline whilst also studying for and achieving an MSc in Quantity Surveying. 

Rhys joined Walter Lilly in 2007.

Reece Hardy, the other joint winner, joined Walter Lilly in 2008.  He has made signficant improvement during the year, demonstrated by his contribution to our Project at Hammersmith Hospital, with his nomination being fully supported by Project Manager, James Lynch.

Reece achieved his HNC during the summer and is thinking about continuing his studies to Degree level in 2011.
