Walter Lilly was the main contractor for this Design & Build project, and the fourth consecutive project with the University. It involved the construction of a RC framed 4 storey innovative research centre combining the departments of both Sussex University and Brighton University in one building providing research laboratories, write up areas and supporting accommodation.
