The project was undertaken “top down” and incorporated a new basement with swimming pool, steam room and gymnasium.

Other facilities included a cinema, leather-clad library and en-suite bathrooms.

Marble was extensively used throughout the property, including in the bathrooms and there was kitchen and bespoke joinery to all the bedrooms.

The external façades were constructed to match existing properties, and the internal finishes were designed to an extremely high standard.
