This project comprised the construction of three high specification three-storey private residences, each with an underground swimming pool and garage with a total area of 4,500m2.

The new buildings are of reinforced concrete construction on piled foundations, which include secant piling to enclose the basements. A swimming pool, also of reinforced concrete is located at basement level of each property.

The roof construction is of steel frame with timber rafters and dormer windows; leadwork to dormers, lift shaft housing and gutters and slate roofing.

The external walls are of cavity brickwork and blockwork with precast concrete features, timber windows and stucco render to the ground floor.

Internally the buildings include partitions; extensive mechanical and electrical services; plastered walls and ceilings, fibrous plaster features; floor screeds, ceramic and stone wall and floor finishes; hardwood flooring; glass walls to lift shafts and glass lifts; fitted
joinery and high quality decorative finishes.

The properties have been designed in keeping with the neighbouring
Georgian properties.
