This contract was to refurbish and extend an existing 1400m² house.
The works included the creation of a two storey 440m² extension consisting of a suspended ground floor and a basement containing a swimming pool. The basement was formed using contiguous piled walls, constructed in a terraced fashion. Additional works included extensive architectural hard and soft landscaping.
Green oak trusses were used in the roof construction of the property.
The Walter Lilly project team maintained a proactive 'partnering' approach throughout the project which, allied to their vast experience, delivered a bespoke residence of the highest quality.
We succeeded in procuring high quality finishes to a very exacting aesthetic brief, drawing on the expertise of our supply chain, fulfilling the Client's expectations and maintaining his requirement for confidentiality.
