Walter Lilly has secured a three year Framework Agreement for the substantial restoration and refurbishment of several private residences in the Belgravia and Mayfair area. Each project is priced separately by a dedicated Surveying team, with a Project Manager overseeing the works to create a coordinated approach. Some of these projects have been carried out on a Design & Build basis or to include Contractor’s Design Portion. EBURY STREET ~ £1.3 MILLION Lateral conversion of two Georgian Townhouses in the Belgravia Conservation area into two retail units and three two bedroomed flats. High quality finishes will be provided throughout. EBURY STREET ~ £1.7 MILLION The property will be restored and converted to form five two bedroomed maisonettes. The conversion will largely restore the original room layouts on the ground and lower ground floors. A roof terrace will be created at first floor level above the existing extension. GROSVENOR CRESCENT MEWS ~ £900,000 The existing building will be cleaned externally to bring out the polychromic alterations and will be convert into a single dwelling property. A new mansard roof will be created to harmonise with neighbouring properties and create additional accommodation on the second floor. A rear garden will be formed. Internally the property will have completely new M&E services throughout, new staircases and decoration.
