Bespoke and superior quality works form Walter Lilly's largest market sector. Our prestige projects involve buildings with both challenging structural works and specialist high quality finishes. These properties are typically located in Central and West End London -Mayfair, Belgravia, Hampstead, Kensington, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Regents Park, Swiss Cottage and Chelsea. We have also worked in the Home Counties.

The fine finishes often use traditional crafts such as marble and stonework, bespoke joinery and fibrous and polished plaster. Walter Lilly, in conjunction with our in-house Engineers, have developed expertise in significant and substantial structural works including basements, swimming pools and car stacking systems.

Many sights are in tight urban areas where access is restricted. Project’s logistics therefore require careful planning and liaison to avoid unnecessary disruption and nuisance.

Our M&E Services Managers also have significant experience of integrating old and new, harmonising complex audio visual, electronic and mechanical systems sympathetically within the structure and fine finishes.
