Walter Lilly are delighted with their new project award for a high profile private client in Notting Hill.

The refurbishment of this Grade II listed property will include a basement swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. A media room will be added over part of the property at second floor level, the external envelope and garden restored and a lift installed. The property will have a total area of 1174m².

Walter Lilly, who have a reputation for high quality workmanship and finishes, will be on site until the end of 2008.
