Valued at £12.4m, Walter Lilly have recently completed a two stage project for a new Client, Hatfield-based Eisai, a Japanese pharmaceutical company. 

The project, for the fitting out of a new building, has been completed on time to a tight 41 week programme.  The works included several Category II laboratories.

The European Knowledge Centre was opened on 26th June 2009 attended by Mr Haruno Naito CBE, President & CEO of Eisai Co Ltd, Mr Andy Burnham, Secretary of State for Health, His Excellency Shin Ebihara, Japanese Ambassador to the UK and Sir Terry Prachett, the author and capaigner.
