Stuart Corbyn, Chief Executive of Cadogan Estate, unveiled a plaque that will be permanently fixed to the building on completion.

The ceremony was attended by Earl Cadogan and members of the design and site teams.

Under the contract, the existing properties are being substantially remodelled.  Two of the existing elevations have been retained or re-built and restored, involving substantial temporary works and ongoing involvement with our Engineers.

The internal fabric and rear elevations have been removed and remodelled.

The new accommodation will offer new flexible internal space comprising three commercial units at basement and ground levels with office accommodation on the first to fourth floors.

A high quality three storey residence is also being formed.

The project aims to achieve a Very Good BREEAM rating and will incorporate substantial energy saving and sustainable elements.

Involved in the project are Paul Davis & Partners, The Trevor Patrick Partnership, Mecserve, Adams Kara Taylor and Paul Davis Management.
