One of Walter Lilly's prestigious private residence projects is the Winner of the Internal Plastering Category Plaisterers Trophy 2008 from the Federation of Plastering and Drywall Contractors for work carried out by David Andrews Construction Ltd.

The project also received a Highly Commended in the Residential and Public Places Category for our Fibrous Subcontractors, Locker & Riley.

The Awards were presented in Feburary.

Members of two Walter Lilly project teams for DEFRA attended an Awards Lunch in March for the Considerate Constructors Scheme and were delighted to receive both a Bronze and Silver Award.

This is the second year that the team on our Framework Contract have won a Considerate Constructors National Award, their Silver eclipsing the Bronze received last year.

A testament to the high standards of safety delivered and attention to the local environmental conditions achieved.

Walter Lilly's complex structural alteration and refurbishment project in Grosvenor Crescent has been the recipient of an award from the City of Westminster Considerate Builders Scheme, winning a Commended Site Award.

Valued at £35 million, this project has involved extensive structural and temporary works, including a new deep basement to house an underground car stacking system for 21 cars.
